Our approach
The right equipment is part of the design.
A heater or steam generator is not chosen from a catalogue in isolation. Its output, stone mass, controls and ventilation requirements depend on the room it serves — its volume, its materials, its glass and how often it will be used. That is why we select equipment as part of the design, then supply, install and support it.
BSC Wellness, backed by Brisbane Spa Centre, is the Queensland agent for Harvia. We keep commonly required Harvia equipment, accessories and the most common spare parts in stock at our Noosaville factory, and order other Harvia products as required. Selection
Questions we answer before recommending a heater.
The same questions shape a steam generator recommendation, with the room’s finishes and the plant space added. The answers point to the right class of equipment; the manufacturer’s own sizing data then sets the final model.

Controls
Control that suits how the room is used.
Controls set the temperature, the session time and when the room is ready. Options range from simple control panels to scheduled starts and Wi-Fi or app control, depending on the heater or generator. Safety limiters and maximum on-time settings are built into the equipment, and remote operation requires the safety devices the manufacturer specifies.
For commercial facilities, some control ranges offer scheduling across opening hours, remote monitoring and gateways to building management systems.
Stones and accessories
The finishing pieces.
Harvia sauna stones, buckets and ladles, thermometers and hygrometers, sand timers, heater safety rails and guards, and ventilation components. For steam rooms: steam outlets, sensors, automatic drain valves and fragrance pumps matched to the generator. We recommend accessories that suit the room and the equipment, for example only scents made for sauna use, diluted in clean water at the dose on the label.
Lighting in the saunas we build is our own detailing, usually LED strip in aluminium profiles, rather than a Harvia product.
Spare parts and support
Keeping existing rooms running.
We stock the most common genuine Harvia spare parts at our Noosaville factory, including elements, sensors and control components. Parts we don’t hold are ordered as required, by air or sea freight depending on urgency and availability. Sauna stones break down with use and need replacing; elements, sensors and controls eventually need service.
For Harvia equipment we have sold, we provide after-sales support and help with warranty claims. Electrical servicing is carried out by the dedicated electrical contractor we work with, an independent business and a Harvia-authorised service agent.

We currently have Harvia sauna doors in stock at our Noosaville factory. Stock changes, so ask us which sizes and finishes are available now. A glass door affects heater sizing, so tell us about the room as well.

Can I buy Harvia equipment without BSC building my sauna?
Yes. We supply Harvia heaters, controls, steam generators, stones, accessories and parts on their own, for owners, builders and trades. Tell us about the room or the existing equipment and we will help you choose.
Do you supply Harvia equipment outside Queensland?
Yes. We are the Queensland agent for Harvia, and we can also supply and send Harvia equipment to customers in other states. Ask us about delivery to your location.
Do you keep Harvia spare parts in stock?
We stock the most common genuine Harvia spare parts at our Noosaville factory. Others are ordered as required, by air or sea freight depending on urgency and availability. Send us the model and, ideally, a photo of the rating label so we can confirm the right part, whether it is in stock and the best way to get it to you.
Can you help me choose the right heater or generator?
Yes. We size heaters and steam generators from Harvia’s published data for your room, allowing for glass, masonry and how the room will be used, and match the controls and accessories. This is product-selection advice; installation is by licensed trades to the manufacturer’s instructions.
