This website is operated by BSC Wellness, backed by Brisbane Spa Centre. In this policy, "we" and "us" means BSC Wellness. You can contact us on 1300 788 488 or at sales@saunas.com.au.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, project location, information about your project and any plans, drawings or photos you attach. If you email or phone us, we receive the details you give us in that email or call. We collect this information directly from you.
You do not have to give us personal information to browse this website, and you can ask a general question without identifying yourself. We do need a way to contact you if you would like a reply.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and you do not need an account to use it.Like most websites, our hosting provider processes basic technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare advice or a quote, and deliver and support your project. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We may share information with people involved in delivering your project, for example your builder, designer or licensed trades. We also use service providers to run this website and deliver enquiries:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and processes the enquiry form.
- Resend delivers each enquiry from the website to our business email.
- Microsoft 365 provides our business email, where enquiries are received.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that enquiries are not automated spam.
Some of these providers are based overseas, including in the United States, so your information may be processed or stored outside Australia.
Storage and security
The website does not keep a database of enquiries. Your browser sends an enquiry to the website over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and it is then delivered to our business email and kept there with our other customer correspondence. We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
Access and correction
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details above.
Questions and complaints
If you have a question or concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first and we will look into it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
